San Francisco 49ers CB Chris Culliver was charged Wednesday, April 9, with one felony and two misdemeanors stemming from an alleged hit-and-run accident in March, the Santa Clara District Attorney’s office said. He is scheduled to be arraigned on those charges Friday, April 11. It will more than likely be continued to a later date to allow Culliver time to enter a plea. If convicted, he could face up to three years in prison.
