San Francisco 49ers QB Colin Kaepernick is being investigated for an alleged sexual assault. Police are investigating an alleged incident that took place in Florida. Kaepernick has not yet been charged.

Footballguys View: There is a lot to piece together here, so let’s not go leaping to conclusions as to what happened. Aside from alcohol, marijuana was allegedly being consumed during this incident, which will raise the ears of the league. Again, there is a long way to go before we have the facts, but as’s Doug Farrar tweeted out earlier, whatever the outcome, this can’t be what Harbaugh wants his quarterback and a receiver involved in during the off-season.
