The Miami Dolphins have talked to free-agent TE Jermichael Finley (Packers).

Footballguys View: No surprise here. The Dolphins could use some help at the tight end position, and Finley has experience working with head coach Joe Philbin when they were both with the Packers. Finley is going to get X-Rays and an MRI on his neck in the upcoming week. When he’s cleared medically, there should be a few teams interested in his services. Because of his durability concerns, Finley may have to accept a one-year, incentive-laden deal.
