Louisville DE Marcus Smith said he has met with the Tennessee Titans and Indianapolis Colts this offseason. He is also scheduled to meet with the Philadelphia Eagles Monday, April 21.

Footballguys View: The converted quarterback became an outstanding pass-rusher in 2013. He has the flexibility to bend around the edge, and the closing burst to get to the quarterback in a hurry. The upside with Smith is huge, and he’ll make for a nice third-round pick.
