The Path to the Draft | Day 16 – The Keeper’s Report & the Keeper’s Deadline

The Preseason Keeper’s are in! These keeper’s were established last season for returning teams while new owner/coach’s taking over a defunct franchise from last season had their chance to pick their own keeper’s from that team’s last season roster. And with three teams still left to fill, the last set of keeper’s were set by me & my co-commish so that our current owner/coaches could start to prepare their draft strategy.

Because the Keeper’s Value has been added the importance of using your teams Franchise Tag from last season is not important for this season as we will explain more during Day 15 – The Keeper’s Value & Franchise Tags (EXPLAINED). For now, we will ONLY cover all the preseason keeper’s for the upcoming season.

NOTE: The League! – E.F.F.L. utilize’s MyFantasyLeague.com two player pools, meaning there is one player pool for the Origins Conference and there is another player pool for the Legends Conference. So there will be an Aaron Rodgers on both an Origins Conference team (Georgia Boy) and a Legends Conference team (Mr. Rodgers Neighborhood). The only stipulation to this is that players CANNOT be traded across conferences. Only Origins teams can make/offer trades with other Origins team and vice versa.

**Keeper’s Deadline**

The Keeper’s Deadline was given a set deadline at the beginning of last season. The Keeper’s Deadline has been set for the start of Week 10 of the NFL season. Meaning you will have to establish your team’s keeper’s BEFORE the start of Week 10 (Wednesday, November 11th @11:00pm EST). With Franchise Tags and the addition of The Keeper’s Value newly added for this season, you will have 10 weeks to evaluate your franchises talent to take into the upcoming season.
