Congratulations to those who have made The Chase! this season, I myself did not. My worse season in over 7 years, and the first losing season I’ve ever had in The League! 🙁

Draft Lottery

If you did not make The Chase!, there is still plenty to play for as the remaining eight teams from each conference are now playing for draft positioning in next season draft. This was taken advantage of by Rich (Clam Diggers) last season as they would have had the 4th overall pick going into the draft lottery but ended up with the 1st overall pick.

So how does the lottery work? Seeds 1-4 are playing for the 5th, 6th, 7th & 8th overall pick in next season draft where as seeds 5-8 are playing for the 1st, 2nd, 3rd & 4th overall pick. This is in place so that a team that just missed The Chase! (for example, the 9-7 NC Titans), cannot obtain the top overall pick since they have a strong team as is. The best they would be able to do is climb up from their current 8th overall pick to the 5th overall pick.

The further you go in the draft lottery, the better pick you will have next season. So if you’re the #3 seed (who would be going into the draft lottery with the 6th overall pick) and you get beat in the 1st round, you will now be picking either 7th or 8th overall depending on the other 1st round team that lost and the tiebreakers you and that team have towards each other.

As we go further into this I will explain more but as for now here is your conferences draft lottery fields below… 🙂

With this performance, Hicks was the number 1 ranked defensive end for week 13. The Clam Diggers were helped out in a losing cause by a 21.60 point effort from Khalil Mack, who beat the Buffalo Bills offense for 4 tackles and 1.0 QB sack. With this performance, Mack was the number 2 ranked defensive end for week 13. They also got help from a 16.50 point effort from Ezekiel Elliott, who got by the Minnesota Vikings defense for 86 rushing yards and 1 rushing TD in addition to 19 receiving yards.

“I take full responsibility for this loss,” Clam Diggers coach Rich Perez said.

This brings the record for I Got Sacks On Sacks On Sacks to 11-5, and drops the Clam Diggers to a record of 10-6.

DaTaminator Conquer Hakeem I Saw I Conquered

Difference Maker: Vontaze Burfict-LB (37.40 pts)

In a week 13 The League! – E.F.F.L. classic, DaTaminator conquered a hapless Hakeem I Saw I Conquered team by a score of 190.64 to 121.58, silencing a hostile crowd of 72,628 at Giants Stadium. With their 190.64 points, DaTaminator is now the proud record-holder of the 17th-highest weekly point total in league history.

DaTaminator were led to their 69.06 point victory by a 37.40 point effort from Vontaze Burfict, who beat the Philadelphia Eagles offense for 10 tackles and 2 interceptions. With this performance, Burfict was the number 1 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 13. In addition, Burfict entered the The League! – E.F.F.L. Hakeem I Saw I Conquered were helped out in a losing cause by a 18.40 point effort from Danielle Hunter, who beat the Dallas Cowboys offense for 3 tackles and 2.0 QB sacks. With this performance, Hunter was the number 3 ranked defensive end for week 13. They also got help from a 17.80 point effort from Jordy Nelson, who beat the Houston Texans defense for 118 receiving yards and 1 receiving TD.

“Not to take away anything from our opponents, but we didn’t play like we’re capable of playing,” Hakeem I Saw I Conquered coach Brian Liotta said.

This brings the record for DaTaminator to 9-7, and drops Hakeem I Saw I Conquered to a record of 7-9.

BUCKNASTY BOYS Hammer Barbaric Milk Jousters

Difference Maker: David Johnson-RB (29.50 pts)

In a week 13 The League! – E.F.F.L. classic, the BUCKNASTY BOYS hammered a strong Barbaric Milk Jousters team by a score of 159.20 to 127.28, extending the losing streak for the Barbaric Milk Jousters to 5 games.

With this performance, Murray was the number 5 ranked running back for week 13. They also got help from a 15.50 point effort from Nick Bellore, who beat the Chicago Bears offense for 9 tackles.

“I tip my hat to them,” Barbaric Milk Jousters coach Aaron Mathiason said.

Adding salt to the wound, the Barbaric Milk Jousters could have scored 159.62 points and earned the win with their best lineup, but Aaron Mathiason left key players like Andrew Luck and his corresponding 28.72 points on the bench.

This brings the record for the BUCKNASTY BOYS to 7-9, and drops the Barbaric Milk Jousters to a record of 3-13.

Breakin Tackles Squeak by Carolina Hitmen

Difference Maker: Ted Ginn Jr.-WR (19.10 pts)

In a week 13 The League! – E.F.F.L. intra-divisional matchup, Breakin Tackles squeaked by a tough Carolina Hitmen team by a score of 109.46 to 99.76, extending the losing streak for the Carolina Hitmen to 7 games.

“We came up a little short,” Carolina Hitmen coach Ronnell Morgan said.

Breakin Tackles took advantage of their schedule this week, as their point total would have gone for a loss against 21 out of 22 other potential opponents in week 13.

This brings the record for Breakin Tackles to 5-11, and drops the Carolina Hitmen to a record of 6-10.

Maclin on Dat Ass Take Over Da South

Difference Maker: Jordan Howard-RB (29.70 pts)

In a week 13 The League! – E.F.F.L. showdown, Maclin on Dat Ass beat a strong Da South team by a score of 170.10 to 152.76, silencing a hostile crowd of 70,168 at the Po Boy Dome.

Maclin on Dat Ass were led to their 17.34 point victory by a 29.70 point effort from Jordan Howard, who beat the San Francisco 49ers defense for 117 rushing yards and 3 rushing TD’s. With this performance, Howard was the number 3 ranked overall fantasy scorer for week 13. They also got help from a 19.30 point effort from Lawrence Timmons, who beat the New York Giants offense for 3 tackles and 1 interception.

“We had our chances but we let them slip away,” Da South coach Dave Jackson said.

This brings the record for Maclin on Dat Ass to 8-8, and drops Da South to a record of 10-6.

DeSeantourage Punishes I Go Deep

Difference Maker: Lavonte David-LB (17.50 pts)

In a week 13 The League! – E.F.F.L. intra-divisional matchup, DeSeantourage punished a strong I Go Deep team by a score of 165.80 to 137.28, behind the support of 66,022 faithful fans at Ari Gold Stadium.

DeSeantourage were led to their 28.52 point victory by a 17.50 point effort from Lavonte David, who beat the San Diego Chargers offense for 2 tackles and 1 interception. They also got help from a 15.00 point effort from Corey Graham, who beat the Oakland Raiders offense for 6 tackles.

They also got help from a 16.00 point effort from Jonathan Casillas, who beat the Pittsburgh Steelers offense for 8 tackles.

“They caught us on an off night,” I Go Deep coach Nick Davis said.

Compounding the issue, I Go Deep could have scored 183.54 points and earned the win with their best lineup, but Nick Davis left key players like Joe Flacco and his corresponding 31.24 points on the bench.

This brings the record for DeSeantourage to 7-9, and drops I Go Deep to a record of 11-5.

Beer, Cheese, & Brats Claim Mr. Rodgers Neighborhood

Church of Zero Tolerance Shut Down Carnival of Pain

Difference Maker: Nigel Bradham-LB (15.50 pts)

In a week 13 The League! – E.F.F.L. intra-divisional classic, the Church of Zero Tolerance squeaked by a tough Carnival of Pain team by a score of 117.64 to 116.28, behind the support of 70,009 faithful fans at The No One’s Welcome Bowl.

The Church of Zero Tolerance were led to their 1.36 point victory by a 15.50 point effort from Nigel Bradham, who beat the Cincinnati Bengals offense for 5 tackles. With this performance, Mack was the number 2 ranked defensive end for week 13. “It’s going to be a long plane ride home,” Carnival of Pain coach Jamian Shavers said.

The Church of Zero Tolerance took advantage of their schedule this week, as their point total would have gone for a loss against 19 out of 22 other potential opponents in week 13.

This brings the record for the Church of Zero Tolerance to 9-7, and drops the Carnival of Pain to a record of 5-11.

NC Titans Surprise Surprise Scorpians

Difference Maker: Andrew Luck-QB (28.72 pts)

In a week 13 The League! – E.F.F.L. intra-divisional battle, the NC Titans surprised a tough Surprise Scorpians team by a score of 134.22 to 126.46, extending the losing streak for the Surprise Scorpians to 3 games.

The NC Titans were led to their 7.76 point victory by a 28.72 point effort from Andrew Luck, who got by the New York Jets defense for 278 passing yards and 4 passing TD’s in addition to 26 rushing yards. Soul Snatchers Ground Phlying High

Difference Maker: Olivier Vernon-DL (17.70 pts)

In a week 13 The League! – E.F.F.L. intra-divisional classic, the Soul Snatchers embarrassed a hapless Phlying High team by a score of 161.88 to 100.24, behind the support of 71,978 faithful fans at The Soul Coliseum.

The Soul Snatchers were led to their 61.64 point victory by a 17.70 point effort from Olivier Vernon, who beat the Pittsburgh Steelers offense for 4 tackles and 2.0 QB sacks. With this performance, Vernon was the number 5 ranked defensive end for week 13. Phlying High were helped out in a losing cause by a 14.40 point effort from Dez Bryant, who got by the Minnesota Vikings defense for 84 receiving yards and 1 receiving TD. They also got help from a 14.00 point effort from Sean Lee, who beat the Minnesota Vikings offense for 6 tackles.

“Our defense didn’t show up today,” Phlying High coach Jake Fields said.

This brings the record for the Soul Snatchers to 6-10, and dropsPhlying High to a record of 7-9.

**E.L.S.I.E. Island**

Mr. Rodgers Neighborhood (183.16) is the 2016 winner of E.L.S.I.E. Island! Mr. Rodgers Neighborhood has also made The Chase!, so they will also play for the biggest prize of them all, The E.L.S.I.E. Award. Congratulations to Michael Liotta, $50 will be added to his End of the Year Balance.

Week 2:

Keeper 3 Violation – Forfeiture of Draft Pick, on the Breakin Tackles franchise for dropping (K3) Jarvis Landry-WR. The franchise will lose their 3rd, 4th or 5th Round selection in the upcoming fantasy draft. The round selected will depend on where team finishes that season. A playoff team will lose their 3rd Round selection and a team finishing last in their division will lose a 5th Round selection. By default, a 4th Round selection will be lost if the other two selector’s are not met.
