The Path to the Draft | Day 26 – League Options

In today’s Path to the Draft, we will go over the League Options tab located in the left side bar on the Home Page of the MyFantasyLeague.com website.

Here, you will find the Rosters, Calendar, Scoring Rules, League Bylaws, Results, Accounting, Trading Block, and the Draft. So Let’s Get To It!

*Rosters*

The Rosters tab is where you will go to see what team has what player. This can be displayed in Full, Grid or With Stats formats (Image 5.2). I’ve had a few owner/coaches ask were we putting up a post to show everyone’s keepers before the draft. Yes, we are! Plus you can also keep track of who has who as of now as well by using this tab.

*Calendar*

The Calendar tab is as advertised where this will display our league’s daily (or monthly) calendar of events. Here, you can view when the Keeper’s Deadline is or when and what time we are having our league draft!

*Scoring Rules*

Another obvious tab, the Scoring Rules tab, will breakdown the league’s scoring format. I’d advise every owner/coach to have a quick look at this BEFORE our league draft Sept. 6th.

*League Bylaws*

The League Bylaws tab shows the league rules for our fantasy league. As we get further into the Path to the Draft series, we will be adding the new rules added for this season as well as the original rules that have been part of The League! – E.F.F.L. since it’s inception.

NOTE: The Overtime Rule, the Trade Window, the Practice Squad Roster Spot, the Home Field Advantage Rule and the Keeper’s Value Rule are some of the new features added for this season.

*Results*

The Results tab is a screen for the weekly, head-to-head match ups where you can view said week as a whole or by each individual match up.

*Accounting*

The Accounting tab is where the league’s finances are kept. A negative means a balance owed and a positive is money earned. This may fluctuate back & forth due to the Bounties & Fines System. As of now, this has not been updated but will be in the coming days so stay tuned…

*Trading Block*

The Trading Block tab is exactly as advertised as this is where you can see franchises that had added a player to their teams trading block.

*Draft*

The Draft tab is where you can view draft picks from the most recent league draft. Since we have not held our draft as of yet, this will be the best place to look to see where you are drafting in this season league draft.

NOTE: Draft positioning for this season’s draft HAS NOT BEEN UPDATED AS OF YET. Draft positioning for this season’s league draft will come out in the Day 7 | The League! E.F.F.L. Draft Order Released post scheduled for Sunday, August 30th. Please only use this tab for now as a reference of learning the MyFantasyLeague.com website.
